Our Friday Night Youth group
is called R.E.E.F.
for young people aged 11-16

REEF is intended to be a sanctuary for teens to work out what they think about life,
faith and morality in a low pressure environment full of friendship and fun.

What does R.E.E.F. stand for?

  • R = Rest

    Young people face many pressures in life from school, peer pressure and the media. We want to create a safe, welcoming space where our teens can REST with friends and youth leaders that care for them.

  • E = Enjoy

    We love to have FUN at REEF. We play funny games and open our tuck shop each week (bring some coins for penny sweets and fizzy drinks). If someone hasn’t shot juice out of their nose in laughter we consider that a fail!

  • E = Engage

    When the smiles are large and the sugar levels high we like to open a chilled and non-judgemental space for the young people of REEF to ENGAGE with the big issues of life, faith and morality.

  • F = Flourish

    Our deep desire is to see our young people FLOURISH and grow in confidence in who they are and explore relationship with a loving God.
